2. Subscription Billing
ModPackQT subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly or yearly basis depending on the plan you selected. Your subscription renews automatically at the start of each billing cycle unless cancelled beforehand.
3. Eligibility for a Refund
You may be eligible for a refund in the following situations:
- You were charged due to a billing error or technical issue on our side.
- You cancelled within 7 days of your initial subscription payment and have not made significant use of the service.
- The service was unavailable for an extended period due to a fault on our end.
Refunds are generally not provided for partial billing periods, change of mind after the 7-day window, or if the account has been used substantially during the billing period.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact us at the email address listed on the Info & Contact page. Please include your account email address, the date of the charge, and a brief description of the reason for your request. We will respond within 5 business days.
5. Processing
Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider — typically 5 to 10 business days. We will notify you by email once the refund has been issued.
6. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account page. Cancellation stops future charges but does not automatically trigger a refund for the current billing period. Your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.
7. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
