1. General

These Terms of Sale govern the purchase of any paid services, subscriptions, or licenses offered through ModPackQT. By completing a purchase, you agree to these terms in addition to our Terms of Service.

2. Pricing and Payment

All prices are displayed in the applicable currency at the time of purchase. Prices may be subject to applicable taxes based on your jurisdiction. We accept payment through the payment methods displayed at checkout.

Subscription fees are billed at the beginning of each billing cycle. We reserve the right to change pricing with at least 30 days advance notice. Price changes will apply at the start of your next billing cycle.

3. Free Trial

ModPackQT offers a limited free trial that allows you to explore the full functionality of the Service without registration. The trial period is time-limited per session. No payment information is required for the trial.

After the trial expires, you must create an account to continue using the Service. Certain features remain available to registered users at no cost.

4. Subscriptions

Paid subscriptions provide access to premium features and increased usage limits. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period.

5. Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with the Service, you may request a refund within 14 days of your initial purchase or subscription start date. Refund requests can be submitted through the Info & Contact page.

Refunds for renewal payments are available within 7 days of the renewal charge. After the applicable refund period, charges are non-refundable.

6. License Grant

Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service in accordance with the Terms of Service. This license is limited to the number of users or seats specified in your subscription plan.

You may not sublicense, resell, or redistribute access to the Service without prior written consent.

7. Enterprise and Volume Licensing

8. Taxes

You are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or governmental fees associated with your purchase. Where required by law, we will collect and remit sales tax or VAT on your behalf.

9. Changes to Terms of Sale

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Sale at any time. Changes will be communicated through the Service. Continued use of paid features after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms of Sale.
